3D Laser Scanning in BIM (Scan To BIM) provides a data-rich, connected and constructable workflow. Thanks to 3D laser scanning, the accuracy of measurements and the content of basic 3D models in our BIM projects is taken to a new level.
Accurate measurements are key to successfully creating reliable digital models of existing volumes.

Scan To BIM has many application possibilities for us in various industries. As a rule, this is laser scanning of objects of reconstruction or renovation and the creation of a 3D model from the data of the point cloud, i.e. a realistic three-dimensional representation of the object. In the future, we will use the model in detailed design and in facility management.

Scan To BIM also helps us evaluate the progress or development options of construction at various stages, collecting accurate and up-to-date data on the actual conditions on the construction site. Validate real models, track project progress, create executive models for constructed structures, or complement missing design data.
